Here is an activity for you to do, based off our week of ‘living well’, around the theme of ‘choose love’.

How can we show people we love them in a time where we can’t physically be with people?
Spend some time with the people in your household coming up with some suggestions.
You could even write them on bits of paper and put them in a box. Then everyday pull one out and try to do it!
Choose love, and lets show people that even when we’re in crisis, we can be kind, and be like Jesus.
